Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags attached. We're a small independent brand, so we appreciate you taking care of the product when trying it on.
To start a return, email us at info@seat156.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 working days.
Return postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or incorrect items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@seat156.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.
Exchanges We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
